材料:
巴東咖喱汁 250毫升
椰奶 200毫升
牛肉 800克
洋蔥 1個
芫荽 少許
做法:
1.牛肉切大粒;洋蔥切條;
2.咖喱汁煮滾,加入牛肉,椰奶,洋蔥煮滾.
3.轉細火炆至汁濃上碟,撒上芫荽.
●可用羊肉,雞肉代替
Beef Rendang
Ingredients:
Rendang Sauce 250g
Coconut Milk 200ml
Beef 800g
Onion 1
Fresh Coriander Leaves
Method:
1.Beef diced;Onion sliced;
2.Pour the sauce in a frying pan,add the beef and stir-fry it over high heat for 5 mins.
3.Add the coconut milk and onion.Cover the pan and simmer for 25 mins until the beef is tender and the sauce is thickened.
4.Sprinkle with fresh coriander leaves.
●Replace beef with chicken or lamb
