材料:
牛肉 200克
芥蘭 500克
薑 2片
醃料:
雞粉 1茶匙
粟粉 1茶匙
水 2茶匙
糖 1/4茶匙
油 少許
芡汁:
雞粉 1/2茶匙
粟粉 1/4茶匙
水 2湯匙
糖 1/2茶匙
做法:
1.牛肉切片,加入醃料拌勻.
2.芥蘭摘去葉,菜梗削去硬皮斜切厚片.
3.燒熱油,爆炒薑片及芥蘭,灒酒,加少許水炒至軟身,備用.
4.燒熱油,將牛肉炒至7成熟,芥蘭回鑊,加入芡汁炒勻.
Sauteed Beef With Kale
Ingredients:
Beef 200 g
Kale 500 g
Ginger 2 pieces
Marinade:
Chicken Powder 1 tsp
Cornstarch 1 tsp
Water 2 tsp
Sugar 1/4 tsp
Oil a little
Sauce:
Chicken Powder 1/2 tsp
Cornstarch 1/4 tsp
Water 2 tbsp
Sugar 1/2 tsp
Preparation:
1.Slice beef,add marinade and mix well.
2.Pluck leaves from kale,pare hard peel from stems and then cut into thick slices.
3.Heat oil,saute ginger and kale;add wine and a bit of water and saute the kale until soft.Drain excess water and set aside.
4.Heat oil,saute beef until medium well,add in the kale.Add sauce and saute until flavored.Serve.
