材料:
龍脷魚柳 300克
蒜茸 2湯匙
金菇 1包
火腿粒 1湯匙
蔥粒 1湯匙
醃料:
雞粉 1/2茶匙
粟粉 1茶匙
調味料:
雞粉 1/2茶匙
做法:
1.魚柳切成10厘米x3厘米長條,加入醃料.
2.蒜茸用2湯匙油爆香,盛起備用.
3.金菇切去根部洗淨,煲滾水,加入調味料及金菇汆水,盛於碟底.
4.魚條加入香蒜油拌勻,捲起,排於金菇上,大火蒸10分鐘,灑上火腿及蔥粒.
Steamed Garlic Sole Roll With Needle Mushrooms
Ingredients:
Sole Fillet 300 g
Minced Garlic 2 tbsp
Needle Mushroom 1 pkt
Ham Dices 1 tbsp
Chopped Shallots 1 tbsp
Marinade:
Chicken Powder 1/2 tsp
Cornstarch 1 tsp
Seasoning:
Chicken Powder 1/2 tsp
Preparations:
1.Dry fillet and then cut into 10cm X 3cm strips,add marinade and mix well.
2.Saute garlic with 2 tablespoons of oil,then set aside.
3.Trim ends and wash needle mushrooms,put inside 1 cup of water with seasoning to get rid of the bitter taste.Drain water and set aside.
4.Mix fillet strips with garlic oil well,roll up,put on top of needle mushrooms.
Steam over boiling water for 10 mins.
Sprinkle ham and chopped shallots as garnish on top.
