炒上海年糕

材料:




上海年糕 10條



蝦乾 8隻



咸蛋黃 3隻



豬肉絲 適量



雪菜 適量



毛豆 適量



冬菇 3隻







調味料:



雞粉 2/3茶匙



胡椒粉 少許







做法:



1.上海年糕洗淨切片;蝦乾浸軟洗淨;冬菇浸軟洗淨切絲;雪菜洗淨切粒;



2.咸蛋黃蒸熟切粒;豬肉絲用鹽,糖,粟粉略醃;毛豆去皮,汆水備用.



3.爆香蝦乾,及炒熟豬肉,加入所有材料(咸蛋黃除外),炒至年糕軟身.



4.加入調味料及咸蛋黃炒勻.







Fried Shanghai Rice Cake



Ingredients:



Shanghai Rice Cake 10 pcs



Dried Shrimp 8 pcs



Salted Egg Yolk 3 pcs



Sliced Pork some



Pickled cabbage some



Sea cucumber some



Shiitake mushrooms 3 pcs







Seasoning:



Chicken Powder 2/3 tsp



Pepper some







Preparations:



1.Heat some oil,stir-fry the dried shrimp and sliced pork.



2.Add pickled cabbage,sliced mushroom and sea cucumber,further add Shanghai rice cake till softened.



3.Add seasoning and salted Yolk until mixed.Serve.
