花生湯圓 Peanut tangyuan(Glutinous rice dumplings in soup)

外皮材料:




糯米粉 80克



粟粉 20克



溫水 50克







餡料:



花生醬 2湯匙



糖粉 2茶匙







糖水:



片糖 適量



水 適量



薑 3片







做法:



1.花生醬及糖粉拌勻.



2.糯米粉與粟粉混合,加入溫水搓成麵團.



3.取出小量麵團,搓成球形,再壓成內厚外薄,放入餡料,收口搓成球形.



4.將湯圓放入滾水以中火煮3分鐘,再以細火煮5分鐘,撈起.



5.另煲熱水,加入薑及片糖,煮至片糖溶解,加入湯圓.

Ingredients:



Outer shell:



Glutinous rice flour 80 g



Cornsarch 20 g



Warm water 50 g







Filling:



Peanut Butter 2 tbsp



Icing sugar 2 tsp







Sweet soup:



Raw sugar some



Water some



Ginger slice 3 pieces







Preparations:



1.Mix Peanut butter and icing sugar well.



2.Mix glutinous rice flour and cornsarch with warm water.Blend well.



3.Break off a small piece and roll into small dough,concave shaped.



Put the peanut butter mixture in,wrap and seal the dumpling up.



4.Cook the dumplings in boiling water over medium heat for 3 mins.



Then over low heat for another 5 mins.



5.Boil raw sugar and ginger slices in water to make sweet soup in which Tangyuan to be serve.
