豬骨湯
材料:
豬骨 400克
紅蘿蔔 200克
番茄 200克
栗米 200克
步驟:
1.先將豬骨汆水備用.
2.煲滾水後,加入所有材料,水滾後轉細火煲1小時,加鹽調味.
