原味禾花雀 Stuffed Rice Sparrows

原味禾花雀


材料:

禾花雀 2打

蒜頭(拍扁) 4粒

薑 4片

生粉 2湯匙



醃料:

薑汁酒 2湯匙

生抽 3湯匙

老抽 1/2茶匙

糖 1/2茶匙

麻油 1茶匙



獻汁:

水 1杯

生抽 1湯匙

老抽 1茶匙

生粉水 1茶匙

片糖碎 1/2塊

麻油 1/2茶匙



做法:

1.禾花雀洗淨抹乾,用醃料醃1小時,加上生粉炸至金黃色.

2.禾花雀放入鑊中贊酒,加入獻汁炆至汁濃即可.

Ingredients:

Rice Sparrows 2 dozens

Ginger (crushed) 4 slices

Garlic (crushed) 4 pcs

Cornstarch 2 tbsp



Marinade:

Ginger wine 2 tbsps

Light soya sauce 3 tbsps

Dark soya sauce 1/2 tbsp

sugar 1/2 tbsp

sesame oil 1 tsp



Sauce:

Water 1 cup

Light soya sauce 1 tbsp

Dark soya sauce 1 tsp

Cornstarch mixd with water 1 tsp

Slab sugar(crsushed) 1/2 pc

Sesame oil 1/2 tsp



Method:

1.The Rice sparrows,rinse and wipe dry,mix with marinade and leave aside for 1 hour.After dredge lightly with cornstarch to deep-fry until golden in color.

2.Boil the sauce and return the Rice sparrows to the sauce.Until the sauce reduced.Serve.
