日式豬骨湯拉麵 Japanese Pork Ramen

材料:

乾麵條(煮熟瀝乾) 200克

日式魚蛋 6片

日式醃漬荀乾 50克

金菇 50克

罐裝粟米粒 2湯匙

蔥粒 2湯匙

紫菜 2塊

豬肉片 100克

豬骨湯 500毫升



豬肉片醃料:

生抽1茶匙,麻油少許



做法:

1.分別炒熟豬肉片及金菇.

2.豬骨湯煮滾,備用.

3.麵條分放兩碗,放上配料,淋上熱湯,最後撒上蔥粒及紫菜.




Japanese Pork Ramen


Ingredients:

200 g Dried Noodle,cooked and drained

6 slices Narutomaki(Japanese Fish Cake)

50 g Menma(Sweet Simmered Bamboo Shoot)

50 g Enoki Mushroom

2 tbsp Corn Kemel

2 tbsp Green Onion,diced

2 pcs Nori(Japanese Dried Sesame)

100 g Pork slices

500 ml pork bone broth



seasoning(for pork):

1 tsp soya sauce,a dash of sesame oil



Method:

1.Heat oil in pan and stir-fry pork slices with enoki mushroom.

2.Bring pork bone broth to a boil.

3.Place noodles into two bowls.Add fried ingredients onto noodles and pour in heated broth.Add green onion and nori to serve.
