咖喱魚蛋蘿蔔
材料:
魚蛋 12粒
白蘿蔔(切件) 1/2個
咖喱粉 1包
生抽 2湯匙
糖 1湯匙
豬骨湯 1000毫升
做法:
1.豬骨湯煮滾,加入蘿蔔煮腍.
2.下咖喱粉,生抽及糖拌勻,最後加入魚蛋略煮.
Curry Fish Balls with White Radish
Ingredients:
12 pcs Fish Balls
1/2 White Radish,cut in piece
1 pack Curry Powder
2 tbsp Soya Sauce
1 tbsp Sugar
1000 ml Pork Bone Broth
Method:
1.Add Pork Bone Broth and bring it to a boil.Add white radish and cook until soften.
2.Add curry powder,soya sauce and sugar,mix well.Add fish ball into mixture cook a moment.
