雞絲粉皮
雞絲粉皮
材料:
粉皮 3-4片
雞胸肉 1片
醬汁:
鹽,雞粉,麻油,花生醬,生抽,糖(混合) 適量
做法:
1.雞胸肉烚熟切絲.
2.粉皮切絲後放入熱水內,煮至半透明.
3.將粉皮過冷河後隔水,上碟及鋪上雞絲.
4.將醬汁淋上.
