龍蝦汁炒什菜
材料:
鮮百合,鮮冬菇 適量
露筍(切段) 適量
青紅椒(切塊) 適量
蒜蓉 1茶匙
調味料:
龍蝦汁 4湯匙
糖 1/2茶匙
做法:
1.將雜菜出水備炒用.
2.爆香蒜蓉,倒入雜菜炒熟.再落調味料炒勻.
Stri fry mixed vegetable with Lobster Sauce
Ingredients:
Asparagus(slices)
Fresh mushroom
1 yellow bell pepper
1 red bell pepper
Garlic(diced)
Seasoning:
4 tbsp Lobster sauce
1/2 tsp sugar
Method:
1.Rinse the vegetable and wipe dry.
2.Heat 2 tbsp oil saute garlic;add in the vegetable stir fry over high heat,pour in seasoning mixture,stir fry until done.
