咖喱龍鳳丸 Mixed Meat Ball In Curry Sauce

咖喱龍鳳丸


材料:

蝦肉 4両

豬肉 4両

洋蔥(切碎) 半個

蒜茸 2茶匙

咖喱醬 半樽

水 半杯



醃料:

鹽半 1/2匙

粟粉 1湯匙

水 1湯匙

胡椒粉,麻油 少許



做法:

1.蝦肉及豬肉剁碎,加入1湯匙洋蔥碎及醃料,做成肉丸,用水灼熟.

2.爆香洋蔥碎及蒜茸,加入咖喱醬及水煮滾,龍鳳丸放入略煮即可.

Ingredients:

4 taels each of shrimp meat &pork

1/2 chopped onion

2 tsp minced garlic

1/2 bottle curry sauce

1/2 cup water



Marinade:

1/2 tsp salt

1 tbsp each of comflour & water

Dash of pepper &sesame oil



Method:

1.Mince shrimp meat & pork. Add 1 tablespoon of minced onion and seasoning.

2.Make into meat ball and boil in wawter until cooked.

3.Fry onion and garlic,add curry sauce and water.

4.Bring to the ball and return meat balls to sauce.Mix and serve.
