碎米椒油茄子 chilli Eggplant with Minced Dried Shrimp

碎米椒油茄子



材料:

茄子 2條

蝦米切碎 1湯匙

榨取切碎 2湯匙

火腿切碎 1湯匙

乾辣椒切段 1隻

蒜,薑,蔥,豆板醬 1茶匙



獻汁:

水 5湯匙

生抽 1茶匙

老抽 1茶匙

糖 1茶匙

麻油 1/2茶匙

生粉 1茶匙



做法:

1.茄子切粗條蒸5-8分鐘.

2.將其餘材料炒香,加入獻汁煮滾.

3.將茄子放入獻汁內煮至汁濃便可.

Ingredients:

2 eggplants

1 tbsp minced dried shrimp

2 tbsp minced preserved mustard stem

1 tbsp minced ham

1 dried chilli, sectioned

1 tsp minced garlic

1 tsp minced ginger

1 tbsp minced spring onion

1 tsp broad bean paste



Sauce:

5 tbsp water

1 tsp light soy sauce

1 tsp dark soy sauce

1 tsp sugar

1/2 tsp sesame oil

1 tsp cornflour



Method:

1.Cut the eggplants in sectoned and steam for 5-8 mins.

2.Heat 2 tbsp oil and saute all the ingtedients.

3.Add in sauce and for boiling until done.

4.Put the eggplants back into sauce for stirring until done.
