龍蝦汁香煎銀鱈魚 Pan Fried Cod Fillet with Lobster Sauce

龍蝦汁香煎銀鱈魚


材料:銀鱈魚扒2塊

   蒜蓉,薑蓉各1茶匙



醃料:胡椒粉,粟粉各少許,鹽半茶匙 



醬汁:龍蝦汁4湯匙

   糖1湯匙

   百里香粉少許

   茄膏2湯匙



做法:1.銀鱈魚扒用醃料醃15分鐘

   2.燒滾2湯匙油,將銀鱈魚扒拍上粟粉,煎至金黃熟透

   3.用1湯匙油爆香蒜蓉,薑蓉,落醬汁煮滾淋在銀鱈魚扒上,即可.

   

Pan Fried Cod Fillet with Lobster Sauce


Ingredients:

2 cod fillet

1 tsp ginger (hashed)

1 tsp garlic (hashed)



Marinade:

1/2 tsp salt

Some cornstarch

Some black pepper



Seasoning:

4 tbsp lobster sauce

2 tsp sugar

Some thyme

1 bay leaf(diced)

2 tbsp tomatoes paste



Method:

1.Rinse the cod fillet and drain well.Marinade for 15 mins.

2.Coat the cod fillet with cornstarch:Pan fry both sides until it turns golden.Dish up.

3.Heat 2 tbsp oil to saute garlic and ginger,pour in seasoning mixture and cook till boil.Pour sauce over the cod fillet and serve hot.
