鹹檸蜜燜排骨 Sauteed Spare Ribs with Salty Lemon Honey

鹹檸蜜燜排骨


材料:

排骨 600克

青,紅椒(切角) 各1隻

蔥段 2條

蒜蓉 2茶匙



調味料:

鹽 1/4茶匙



獻汁:

水 100毫升

鹹檸蜜 3湯匙

糖 1/2湯匙

粟粉 1 1/2 茶匙

白醋 1茶匙



做法:

1.用調味料醃排骨15分鐘.

2.爆香蒜蓉後加入排骨炒至8成熟,加入其餘材料及獻汁,煮至汁濃便可.



Sauteed Spare Ribs with Salty Lemon Honey


Ingredients:

600 g Spare Ribs

1 green bell pepper

1 red bell pepper

2 stalks of spring onion (sectioned)

2 tsp garlic



Seasoning:

1/4 tsp salt



Sauce:

Water 100ml

3 tbsp salty Lemon Honey

1/2 tbsp sugar

1 1/2 tsp cornstarch

1 tsp vinegar



Method:

1.Rinse ribs thoroughly and cut into cubes.

2.Cut bell pepper into pieces.

3.Marinade Spare Ribs with salt for 15 mins.

4.Saute 2 tsp garlic in 1 tbsp oil until fragrant.Add spare ribs stir well and sprinkle wine.

5.Cover lid and leave for 5 mins.

6.Add in spring onion,bell pepper,pour in seasoning sauce and stir-fry,pour in seasoning sauce and stir-fry.Cook until done
