鮑魚汁紅燒肋排 Braise Ribs with Abalone Sauce

鮑魚汁紅燒肋排


材料:

肋排 500克

薑片 10片

蒜頭 10粒



調味料:

鮑魚汁 6湯匙

生抽 1茶匙

片糖 1/2片

清水 1 1/2杯



做法:

1.肋排出水備用.

2.爆香薑片及蒜粒,將肋排煎至金黃色,落清水及調味料.

3.水滾後改以細火燜25分鐘.



Braise Ribs with Abalone Sauce


Ingredients:

500 g ribs

10 slices of ginger

10 gloves of garlic



Seasoning:

6 tbsp abalone sauce

1 tsp soy sauce

1/2 of dark sugar

1 1/2 cups of water



Method:

1.Ribs drain well.

2.Saute ginger and garlic,Put in ribs and fry until both sides turn golden.

3.Add seasoning and water,cook till boil,lower heat and simmer for 25 mins
