龍蝦汁果仁肉丁 Sauteed Nuts and Lean Pork with Lobster Sauce

龍蝦汁果仁肉丁


材料:馬蹄8個

   果仁100克

   瘦肉150克

   鮮冬菇5隻

   紅蘿蔔30克

   青紅椒各1隻

   蒜蓉1茶匙



調味:龍蝦汁3湯匙

   糖,麻油各半茶匙

   鹽1/4茶匙

   粟粉1茶匙



做法:1.瘦肉切粒加入鹽,麻油,粟粉拌勻

   2.鮮冬菇,紅蘿蔔,馬蹄,青紅椒切粒

   3.燒滾2湯匙油爆香蒜蓉,落肉丁炒至七成熟,把鮮冬菇,紅蘿蔔,馬蹄,青紅椒   

     粒炒熟,將龍蝦汁及糖炒勻即可.



Sauteed Nuts and Lean Pork with Lobster Sauce


Ingredients: 8 water chestunt

100g nuts

150g Lean Pork

5 frest mushrooms

30g carrot

1 tsp of minced Garlic


Seasoning: 3 tbsp lobster sauce

1/2 tsp sguar

1/2 tsp sesame oil

1/4 tsp salt

1 tsp cornstarch


Method:

1. Rinse lean pork eall. Mix pork with salt, sesame oil and cornstarch.

2. Rinse mushroom, water chestnut, carrot ang dice.

3. Heat 2 tbsp oil to sante garlic and pork. Add other ingredients and sprinkle wine fly until done. Pour Lobster Sauce with sugar stir well.Dish up and serve hot.
