橙香火腿
材料:
熟火腿髀(約8磅) 1隻
橙肉 1杯
去核西梅 4粒
橙醬:
黃糖 1/4杯
橙味果醬 2湯匙
水 2湯匙
做法:
1.火腿髀去皮,用刀切十字紋.
2.將橙醬材料煮滾至糖溶.
3.火腿髀放在焗盤上,塗上橙醬,用中火焗30分鐘.
4.將橙肉及西梅放火腿髀上,再焗15分鐘.
5.趁熱切片上碟.
Orange Glazed Ham
Ingredients:
Cooked leg of ham(8 lbs) 1
orange segments 1 cup
Pitted prunes 4
Orange Glaze:
Brown sugar 1/4 cup
Marmalade 2 tbsp
Water 2 tbsp
Method:
1.Remove skin from ham and score the surface.
2.Mix orange glaze ingredients in pan and boil untilsugar melts.
3.Place ham on baking tray and brush on glaze.
Bake in moderate oven for 30 minutes.
4.Arrange orange segments and prunes on top of ham and oven 15 minutes.
5.slice while warm and serve.
