金粟肉蓉杯 Minced Pork and Golden Corn in Crisp Cup

金粟肉蓉杯


材料:

雲吞皮  十六塊

粟米粒   一杯

洋蔥(切粒)半杯

青豆(飛水) 1/4杯

紅蘿蔔(切粒,飛水) 1/4杯  

免治豬肉  二両

蒜蓉    1茶匙



調味:(豬肉)  

生抽   1茶匙

麻油   少許

生粉   半茶匙

水    1茶匙

油    1茶匙



獻汁:

水    四湯匙

生抽   1茶匙

鹽    半茶匙

生粉   1茶匙



做法:

1.雲吞皮每兩塊放鐵模型內,放油內炸脆,取出成杯形.

2.豬肉拌入醃料.

3.燒兩湯匙油,放入蒜蓉及豬肉炒熟,再放所有配料兜勻,埋獻.

4.放入脆杯內,完成.

Ingredients:

16 wonton wrappers

1 glass of corn kernel

1/2 glass of diced onion

1/4 glass of blanched green peas

1/4 glass ofdiced carrot,blanched

2 tael minced pork

1 tsp chopped garlic



Marinade (for pork):

1 tsp light soy sauce

some sesame oil

1/2 tsp cornflour

1 tsp water and wine of each



Sauce:

4 tsp light soy sauce

1/2 tsp sugar

1 tsp cornflour



Method:

1.Place each 2 wonton wrappers in a mould,deep-fry until crisp and form a cup shape

2.stir marinade in pork

3.Dice onion and carrot.Blanch green peas and carrot.Drain.

4.Heat 2 tbsp oil to saute pork.Add in garlicto saute until in good smell.

Add in all ingredients for stir-frying.

5.Thicken with sauce.

6.Put minced pork and golden corn in each crisp cup.Serve
