日式焗豬扒 Japanese Style Poke Chops

日式焗豬扒


材料:

豬扒 2件

洋蔥(切絲) 1個

雞蛋 3隻

鹽,胡椒粉 少許

麵粉,麵包糠 適量



汁料:

日本醬油 4湯匙

糖 4湯匙

味醂 4湯匙

上湯/水 1/2杯



做法:

1.豬扒去肥及筋,拍鬆.沾上麵粉,蛋,麵包糠炸熟,切件.

2.炒香洋蔥絲後加入汁料煮滾.

3.豬扒放入汁內,倒入蛋汁煮至蛋熟即可.



Japanese Style Poke Chops


Ingredients:

2 pieces of pork chop

1 onion(sliced)

3 eggs

dash of pepper

dash of salt

flour and breadcrumbs



sauce:

4 tbsp of Japanese soya sauce

4 tbsp of sugar

4 tbsp of mirrin

1/2 cup water or stock



Method:

1.Remove fat and tendons from pork chops.Sprinkle on flour and then dip in beaten egg .Lastly coat with breadcrumbs and deep fry until golden brown.cut into piese.

2.Fry onion slices in a little oil and add sauce.Bring to the boil.

3.Place chops in sauce and pour on beaten eggs.Cover and cook until the eggs are set.serve hot.
