香脆響鈴 Crispy Triangles

香脆響鈴


材料:

豬肉碎 6両

冬菇 3隻

蝦米 1/2両

腐皮/春卷皮 3張

生粉 少許



醃料:

生抽 1湯匙

生粉 1茶匙

糖,水 各少許



做法:

1.豬肉碎醃10分鐘.

2.冬菇,蝦米浸軟,切碎,加入.豬肉內.

3.腐皮每張剪成四條長方形.

4.炒熟豬肉碎,冬菇,蝦米,太濕可加生粉水.

5.冷卻後,用長方形腐皮條加少許豬肉料,做成一個三角形的響鈴.

6.用少許生粉水埋口,沾上生粉炸至金黃色.




Crispy Triangles


Ingredients:

6 tael minced pork

3 chinese mushroom

1/2 tael dried shrimps

3 sheets fresh beancurd skin or spring roll wrapper

cornflour



Marinade:

1 tbsp light soya sauce

1 tsp cornflour

pinch of sugar and water



Method:

1.Marinade pork for about 10 mins.

2.Soak mushroom and dried shrimps until soft and chop finely.Mix with pork.

3.Cut each beancurd skin into four long strips.

4.Heat 1 tbsp oil and fry pork,mushroom and dried shrimps.If it is too wet ,add a little cornflour solution.

5.When cold place a little pork mixture on the beancurd skin and wrap into triangles.

6.Seal with a little cornflour solution.Coat with dry cornflour and deep fry until golden brown.
