Crispy ribs in coconut flavor
Ingredients:
480g spare ribs
some dessicated coconut
some coriander
some strawberrys for garnish
Marinade:
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp coconut sugar
1/2 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tbsp coriander powder
1/2 tbsp chinese rose wine
Seasoning:
1/2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp Shaoxing wine
2 tbsp water
Method:
1 Section spare ribs into 2 inches long. Marinate for 1 hours.
2 Heat wok, add oil. Deep fry spare ribs with high heat in the beginning, then turn to low heat, deep fry until golden. Take out.
3 Bring seasoning to boil. Add spare ribs, stir fry well. Sprinkle with dessicated coconut. Ready to serve
