五彩咖喱雞 Rainbow Curry Chicken

五彩咖喱雞


材料:

雞肉(切粒) 6両

青,紅椒(切粒) 1隻

冬菇,筍肉(切粒) 適量

薑蓉,蔥花 1茶匙



醃料:

粟粉,生抽 1茶匙

水 1湯匙



汁料:

咖喱醬 1湯匙

水 2湯匙



做法:

1.雞肉醃好炒熟.

2.爆香薑蓉,放入青椒,紅椒,冬菇,筍肉略炒.

3.雞肉回鑊,加入汁料及蔥花即可.



Rainbow Curry Chicken


Ingredients:

6 taels diced chicken meat

1 each of green pepper and chilli diced

Some diced bamboo shoots and mushroom

1 tsp minced ginger and spring onion



Marinade:

1 tsp cornflour and light soya sauce

1 tbsp water



Sauce:

1 tbsp curry paste

2 tbsp water



Method:

1.Mix chicken meat with mariande and fry until cooked.

2.Fry minced ginger, chilli ,green pepper,bamboo shoots, mushroom.

3.Return chicken to wok and put the sauce and spring onion ,mix well.
