鮑魚汁蘑菇雞
材料:
雞髀肉 300克
鮮蘑菇 300克
薑片 5片
蒜蓉 2茶匙
蔥 1棵
醃料:
鹽 1/2茶匙
麻油 1/4茶匙
酒 1/2湯匙
粟粉 1茶匙
調味料:
鮑魚汁 4湯匙
片糖 1/3片
清水 1/2杯
做法:
1.雞髀肉切件後醃20分鐘,炒熟備用.
2.爆香蒜蓉,薑片,雞件回鑊,加入蘑菇炒勻.
3.加入調味料煮10分鐘後,加入蔥段便可.
Sauteed Chicken and Button Mushroom with Abalone Sauce
Ingredients:
300 g chicken meat
300 g fresh button mushroom
5 slices of ginger
2 gloves of minced garlic(hashed)
2 stalks of spring onion(sectioned)
Marinade:
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp sesame oil
1/2 tbsp wine
1 tsp cornstarch
Seasoning:
4 tbsp abalone sauce
1/3 slices cane sugar
1/2 cup of water
Method:
1.Cut the chicken and marinate for 20mins,then cook it well.
2.Heat 2 tbsp oil to saute garlic and ginger.Put in chicken and pour the seasoning mixyure.
3.Add mushroom and simmer for 10 mins ,then put spring onion and dish up
