黑白木耳瘦肉湯 Pork Soup with White Fungus and Wooden Ear

材料:



瘦肉 6両



黑木耳 1両



雪耳 1/3両



紅棗 15粒



薑 3片







做法:



1.黑木耳,雪耳浸軟,去蒂,撕成小塊,汆水.



2.瘦肉切厚片.



3.紅棗去核.



4.煲滾8杯水,加入所有材料煲1小時,加鹽調味.







Pork Soup with White Fungus and Wooden Ear



Ingredients:



Lean pork 230 g



Wooden ear 38 g



White fungus 13 g



Red dates 15 no.



Slices ginger 3 pieces







Method:



1.Soak white fungus and wooden ear in water until soft.Remove the stems.Rinse well and tear into small pieces.Scald.



2.Rinse and scald the pork.



3.Crush the red dates.Seed and rinse well.



4.Boil 8 cups of water .Put all ingredients in and boil for 15 mins.Turn to low heat and simmer for 1 hour.Season with salt.
