番茄紅蘿蔔牛腱湯 Beef Shin Soup with Tomato and Carrot

材料:



牛腱 12両



番茄 12両



紅蘿蔔 1/2斤



洋蔥 1個



薑 2片







做法:



1.牛腱切大件,汆水.



2.番茄切角.



3.紅蘿蔔去皮,切塊.



4.洋蔥切絲.



5.煲滾水後,加入所有材料,煲2小時,加鹽調味.







Beef Shin Soup with Tomato and Carrot



Ingredients:



Beef shin 450 g



Tomatoes 450 g



Carrots 300 g



onion 1



Slice ginger 2 pieces







Method:



1.Rinse and cut the beef shin inyo big chunks.Scald.



2.Rinse the tomatoes.Remove the stems and cut into wedges.



3.Peel the carrots and cut into pieces.



4.Peel the onion.Rinse and shred.



5.Boil 12 cups of water in a soup pot.Put all ingredients in and boil for 15 mins.Thenswitch to low heat and simmer for 2 hours.Season with salt.
