銀杏蘆筍炒牛肉粒 Fried beef cubes with ginkgo and asparagus

材料:




牛肉 150克



蘆筍 120克



西芹 120克



紅蘿蔔 60克



銀杏 60克



蒜茸 1茶匙







醃料:



雞粉 1/4茶匙



粟粉 1茶匙



水 1茶匙



糖 少許



油 少許







調味料:



雞粉 1/2茶匙







芡汁:



雞粉 1/2茶匙



粟粉 1/2茶匙



糖 少許



水 2湯匙







做法:



1.牛肉切大粒,加入醃料.



2.西芹,蘆筍,紅蘿蔔切粒,與銀杏及調味料放滾水內烚2分鐘,隔水備用.



3.牛肉炒至5成熟,加入蒜茸及所有材料略炒,最後埋芡.

Beef 150 g



Asparagus 120 g



Celery 120 g



Carrot 60 g



Ginkgo 60 g



Minced garlic 1 tsp







Marinade:



Chicken Powder 1/4 tsp



Cornstarch 1 tsp



Water 1 tsp



Sugar little



Oil little







Seasoning:



Chicken Powder 1/2 tsp







Sauce:



Chicken Powder 1/2 tsp



Cornstarch 1/2 tsp



Sugar little



Water 2 tbsp







Preparation:



1.Dice beef,add marinade and mix well.Marinade for 10 mins.



2.Dice celery,asparagus,carrots.Put together with ginkgo and add seasoning into boiling water for 2 mins.Drain water and set aside.



3.Heat oil and saute beef cubes until medium.Set aside.Start heat again and saute garlic,vegetables and then beef.Add sauce and fry well.Serve.
