炒韓式粉絲 Korean stir-fry Cellophane Noodle

材料:

韓式粉絲 100克

蒜片 2粒

鮮冬菇 2隻

洋蔥 1/4個

牛肉 30克

紅蘿蔔 20克

蔥 1棵

菠菜 30克

雞蛋 1隻

芝麻 1茶匙



調味料:

韓國原味燒肉醬 5湯匙

水 120毫升



做法:

1.韓式粉絲放入沸水中煮5分鐘,過冷河.

2.牛肉,鮮冬菇,洋蔥,紅蘿蔔,切絲;蔥,菠菜切段;

3.雞蛋煎成蛋皮後切絲.

4.爆炒蒜片,加入鮮冬菇,洋蔥,芝麻紅蘿蔔,蔥,菠菜,牛肉略炒.

5.加入調味料,蛋絲及韓式粉絲,炒至汁乾.

6.最後加上芝麻.

Ingredients:

Cellophane Noodle 100 g

Garlic Slices 2 pcs

Mushroom 2 pcs (Shredded)

Onion 1/4 (Shredded)

Beef 30 g (Shredded)

Carrot 20 g (Shredded)

Spinach 30 g (Fine sections)

Sping onion 1 pcs (Fine sections)

Egg 1 pcs (Beaten and pan-fry,Shredded)

Sprinkle of Sesame Seeds



Seasoning:

Korea Original BBQ Sauce 5 tbsp

Water 120ml



Method:

1.Boiling the Cellophane Noodle for 5 mins,then rinse with cold water.Drain and set aside.

2.Heat wok with 1 tbsp oil,saute garlic slice.

3.Add shredde mushroom,onion,carrot,sectioned spring onion and spinach,stir-fry gently.

4.Stir with beef.

5.Add in Cellophane Noodle,Seasoning and stir-fry 3-4 mins.

6.Garnish with shredded egg and sesame seeds.
