XO醬涼拌芒果幼麵


材料:

熟蝦肉 120克

意大利幼麵 120克

芒果肉(切粒) 50克

甜紅椒(切粒) 1/2個



調味料:

蠔油 2湯匙

生抽 2茶匙

XO醬 3湯匙



做法:

1.將意大利幼麵煮至軟硬適中,過冷河,備用.

2.將所有材料,調味料及意大利幼麵拌勻後冷藏,冷吃.



Mango and Capellini with xo sauce



Ingredients:

Cooked prawn meat 120 g

Capellini 120 g

Flesh of mango 50 g (diced)

Red bell pepper 1/2 (diced)



Seasoning;

Oyster Sauce 2 tbsp

Soy sauce 2 tsp

XO sauce 3 tbsp



Method:

1.Cook Capellini in boiling water.Rinse with cold water and drain.

2.Put all ingredients in refrigerator and/chill.Stir in seasoning mix and serve cold.
