青豆湯
材料:
青豆 1/2磅
清湯 2杯
蛋白 1隻
生粉,鹽 適量
做法:
1.青豆磨蓉,與清湯煮滾.
2.蛋白倒入攪成蛋花,落鹽調味,生粉埋獻.
Green Peas Soup
Ingredients:
1/2 lb green peas
2 cup of stock
1 beaten egg white
adequate amount of cornflour and salt
Method:
1.Mince the green peas and add into stock for boiling.
2.Add in egg white and seasonings.At last, thicken with some cornflour water
