香蝦炒三絲
材料:
枚頭肉 4両
芋頭(切絲) 4両
韮菜 2両
紅蘿蔔 2両
蝦醬 1湯匙
蒜茸 1茶匙
乾蔥茸 1茶匙
醃料(豬肉):
生抽 1 1/2茶匙
糖 1/2茶匙
麻油,胡椒粉 少許
生粉 1茶匙
獻汁:
水 5湯匙
生抽 1茶匙
糖 半茶匙
生粉 1茶匙
做法:
1.枚頭肉切絲,拌入醃料.
2.芋頭炸脆備用.
3.韮菜切段,紅蘿蔔切幼條.
4.燒兩湯匙油,先炒肉絲,加入蒜茸及乾蔥茸,蝦醬炒香.
5.所有材料倒入炒熟,埋獻,完成.
Assorted Vegetables And Pork With Shrimp Psate
Ingredients:
Pork loin 4 taels
Shredded taro 4 taels
Chive shoot 2 taels
Carrot 2 taels
Shrimp paste 1 tbsp
Chopped garlic 1 tbsp
Chopped shallot 1 tbsp
Marinade(pork):
Light soya sauce 1 1/2 tsp
sugar 1/2 tsp
Sesame oil and pepper A little
Cornflour 1 tsp
Sauce:
Water 5 tbsp
light soya sauce 1 tsp
Sugar 1/2 tsp
Cornflour 1 tsp
Method:
1.Shred pork loin,mix with marinade and leave aside for 5 minutes.
2.Peel,wipe,wipe and cut taro into fine strips,deep-fry until crispy and drain.
3.Cut chive shoot into sections,cut carrot into fine strips.
4.Heat 2 tablespoons oil,stir-fry pork,add chopped garlic and shallot,shrimp paste and fry until fragrant,add all vegetables to wok and fry together.
5.Stir in sauce and mix well.
