材料:
免治豬肉 80克
鯪魚膠 80克
菜芯 400克
薑 4片
醃料:
雞粉 1/4茶匙
粟粉 1茶匙
水 1茶匙
調味料:
雞粉 1/2茶匙
芡汁:
雞粉 1/2茶匙
粟粉 1茶匙
水 2湯匙
糖 少許
做法:
1.豬肉加入醃料拌勻,再加入鯪魚膠,以同一方向攪至起膠,煎熟後切條備用.
2.菜芯切段,以調味料汆水2分鐘備用.
3.燒熱油鑊,爆香薑片,加入豬肉條,菜芯及芡汁炒勻.
Sauteed pan-fried meatloaf with vegetables
Ingredients:
Minced Pork 80 g
Dace Fish Gelatine 80 g
Chinese Cabbage 400 g
Ginger 4 pieces
Marinade:
Chicken Powder 1/4 tsp
Cornstarch 1tsp
Water 1 tsp
Seasoning:
Chicken Powder 1/2 tsp
Sauce:
Chicken Powder 1/2 tsp
Cornstarch 1tsp
Water 2 tbsp
Sugar little
Preparation:
1.Add marinade in pork and mix well,add fish gelatine and stir in one direction until gelatinous.Pan-fry in oil until well-done.Cut into strips and set aside.
2.Put Chinese Cabbage and seasoning in boiling water for 2 mins.Drain water and set aside.
3.Heat wok and add oil,gingers,meatloaf strips and vegetable.Add sauce and stir-fry.Serve.
