靈芝紅棗雞湯 Chicken Soup with Lingzhi

材料:



芝麻雞 1隻



黑靈芝(切片) 1両



紅棗 15粒



薑 1片







做法:



1.芝麻雞去皮及脂肪,汆水.



2.紅棗去核.



3.煲滾12杯水,放入所有材料,煲2小時,加鹽調味.







Chicken Soup with Lingzhi



Ingredients:



Sesame chicken 1 no.



Lingzhi(sliced) 38 g



Red dates 15 nos.



Ginger 1 piece







Method:



1.Skin the chicken.Trim the fat.Rinse and scald.



2.Crush the red dates.Seed and rinse.



3.Boil 12 cups of water.Put all ingredients in.Simmer for 2 hours.Season with salt.
