鮮魷馬蹄剁肉餅
材料:
鮮魷(切粒) 110克
馬蹄(切碎) 20克
豬肉碎 225克
鹽,糖 各1茶匙
生粉,蔥花 各適量
做法:
1.鮮魷及豬肉碎攪勻,加生粉,糖,鹽拌勻,撻數下至起膠.
2.加入馬蹄碎拌勻,上碟鋪平,以大火蒸15分鐘.
3.最後撒上蔥花即可.
