火龍果牛柳卷 Beef Roll with Dragon fruit

材料:

牛肉片 400克

火龍果 1個

菠菜 1/2斤



醬汁:

柚子蜜 2茶匙

白醋 1/2茶匙

水 1/2茶匙



做法:

1.菠菜用油鹽水焯熟,隔水排放上碟.

2.火龍果切粗條,用牛肉片捲起.

3.將牛肉卷煎至8成熟,放於菠菜上.

4.將醬汁煮滾,淋上牛肉卷上.

Sliced Beef 400g

Drahon Fruit 1 pc

Spanish 1/2 catty



Sauce:

Honey Citron 2 tsp

White Vinegar 1/2 tsp

Water 1/2 tsp



Method:

1.Spanish cooked boiled oil, salt, drain discharge on the plate.

2.Dragon fruit cut thick strips, rolled up with beef.

3.Fry until half-cooked beef.

4.Put on spanish.

5.Boil the sauce, topped with beef.
