簡易肴肉
材料:
熟火腿粒 250克
魚膠粉 25克
暖水 1/4杯
胡椒粉 少許
豬骨上湯 250毫升
做法:
1.煮滾上湯.
2.魚膠粉加入暖水拌勻後倒入上湯內再攪拌.
3.加入熟火腿粒及胡椒粉.
4.倒入容器內,待涼後冷藏至凝固,切件上碟.可醮點鎮江醋.
Simple Changkiang Pork Aspic
Ingredients:
250 g Cooked ham,diced
25 g Gelatin Powder
1/4 cup of Water
A dash of Pepper
250 ml Pork Bone Broth
Method:
1.Dissolve gelatine powder into warm water,add mixture into pork bone broth and heat until a boil.
2.Add ham and pepper into mixture.
3.Pour mixture into container,put into refrigerator to set after cool down.
Cut into long pieces and serve with Changkiang vinegar.
