三杯雞 Three Cups Chicken

三杯雞


材料:

雞 1/2隻

黑麻油 半杯

蔥 2條

蒜 5粒

薑 8片

生抽 1/3杯

米酒 1/2杯

糖 1/2湯匙

紫蘇 適量



做法:

1.雞切小件出水備用.

2.蔥切段,蒜拍碎,薑切片.

3.倒入半杯麻油於鍋中,燒熱後將薑,蔥,蒜爆香(可加入辣椒).

4.倒入雞塊後,加入生抽兜炒,再加入米酒及糖.

5.用中火煮至汁濃,加入紫蘇即可.

Ingredients:

1/2 chicken

1/2 cup of black sesame oil

2 scallion

5 garlic

8 pieces of ginger sliced

1/3 cup soy sauce

1/3 cup rice wine

1/2 tbsp sugar

Basil



Method:

1.Clean and cut chicken to piece,blanch.

2.Cut scallion to pieces,chop garlic.

3.Heat 1/2 cup black sesame oil,put scallion,garlic,ginger sliced inside.

4.Add chicken and soy sauce,then add rice wine and sugar.

5.Stew by mid-fire till sauce reduce,add basil.
